Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using TCC's services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TCC PORIKHA PRO MAX and The Commerce Company's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

TCC provides educational coaching services for Class 11, Class 12 (ISC Board), and B.Com (Calcutta University) students. Services include classroom teaching, online classes, mock tests, study materials, and paid mock papers for self-practice.

3. Registration and Account

Students must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Mock paper purchases are non-refundable once the PDF is downloaded. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and online payment gateways. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Mock Papers and Digital Content

Purchased mock papers are for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or reselling of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All content remains the intellectual property of TCC.

6. Attendance and Classes

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Missed classes due to student absence will not be compensated. Class schedules may be adjusted with prior notice.

7. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior towards faculty and peers. Disruptive behavior, cheating, or plagiarism may result in dismissal without refund. Academic integrity is mandatory.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to review and approval. Digital products (mock papers) are non-refundable. Course fee refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 business days and may be subject to deductions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TCC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific academic results, though we strive for excellence.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and store student information for educational purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. We implement security measures to protect your information.

11. Intellectual Property

All course materials, mock papers, notes, and content are the intellectual property of TCC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Modifications to Terms

TCC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

TCC reserves the right to terminate services for violation of terms, non-payment, or misconduct. Students may terminate enrollment with written notice, subject to refund policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
